Description

Cheese troughs have functions for curdling, fermentation, blanching, whey drainage, and stacking, making them suitable for processing cheddar and farm-grown cheeses. Made entirely of stainless steel, the horizontally placed trough is hygienic. The trough has a removable stainless steel agitator with adjustable agitation speed. The trough has a three-layer design. The jacketed heating system, powered by a circulating pump, ensures that water is heated evenly within the trough.
