Air Bubble Cleaning Machine/Ozone Pesticide Residue Removal/Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

The air bubble washing machine is made of stainless steel, equipped with a high-pressure blower and high-pressure water impact, achieving the functions of soaking, washing and desalting vegetables. It is suitable for cleaning, desalting and removing pesticide residues from various fruits and vegetables.

Main Features

2. No damage to vegetables, high efficiency, small footprint, safe and reliable. The machine uses high-pressure water flow and bubble generating devices to impact the surface of objects. The energy released when bubbles burst upon contacting the objects impacts and scrubs the surface thoroughly, resulting in cleaning efficiency more than three times higher than manual washing.

For our standard washing machines, the conveyor motor power is 1.1kw and the blower power is 2.2kw. The motor power of the standard sorting belt is 0.75kw.

Adding a frequency converter costs about 2000 extra, and the speed can be adjusted from 0 to 50Hz.

There is a 5cm height difference from the high point to the low point of the cleaning tank.
